How are orders shipped?

We ship through EasyParcel, which matches every order with the best courier for your area. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days within West Malaysia and 4–7 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Overseas orders usually arrive within [X–X] working days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders within Malaysia. For overseas orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also track it anytime at easyparcel.com/my/easytrack.
