Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email us at contact@jaykei.com as soon as possible and we'll sort it out. Once your parcel is with the courier, you can return it under our 14-day policy.

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached. Email us at contact@jaykei.com to start your return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. Let us know the size you need when you email us, and we'll send it out once your return arrives.

Who pays for return shipping?

We'll cover it if your item arrived damaged. For all other returns, shipping is on you.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll refund you within [5–7] working days to your original payment method.
